I filled out an application and was approved in an amazing amount of time! I spoke with Alisa, she explained everything from top to bottom of the process with me perfectly. Once approved, I was connected with the foster family who was just as amazing! Alisa was also so open to working with me on transportation, as I was going away on the next transport date- she allowed me to wait till the following date! 

I was approved about a month before I actually got my puppers and through this time Alisa and My dog's foster mom kept in contact with me almost constantly- sending pictures and updates. If and when I had questions, they were extremely quick to respond!

I recently adopted my dog, Squints (FKA Splinter), from Rex's Animal Rescue, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience! From the moment I submitted my application, the team responded promptly—something that really stood out compared to my local shelters. As an out-of-state adopter, I was nervous about how smoothly the process would go, especially when it came to integrating Squints into my family (having a dog already).
